15-Minute Consultation

This service will help you determine where to start on your journey. This consultation includes encouraging clients to look at their current situations and identify aspects they want to change. We will identify if our services are helpful for you as a client. *Must complete initial brief consult form for booking.


60-Minute Discovery Session 

This service will explore your unique challenges, strengths and barriers to growth.


This session will help clients identify what’s most important to them and take charge of their goals. We will review challenges and barriers to goal implementation and progress, along with completion. Part of this process will include a brief initial assessment to help discover what will be needed from a collaborative relationship to move forward. We also identify, highlight and process your strengths! We will work to build goals that are specific, measurable and relevant.


60-Minute Individual Coaching Session

In this session we will collaborate on developing strategies based on information outcomes from the Discovery Session. We will use our assessment feedback as a tool to help achieve your goals and enhance your chances of success. We incorporate a strength based humanistic approach to self-awareness and discovery of achievement. Individual sessions after the initial one will be tailored to your needs for further exploration.


90-Minute Group Coaching 

Group coaching includes the exploration of strengthening goal attainment. Groups will be tailored to fit various topics such as:


*Identifying and Processing Parts of Self that contribute to rest and unrest

*Authentic Self: Discovering and exploring the value and strengths of you

*Blocks and Barriers to Self-fulfillment, success, and enhancement

*GOAL setting (S.M.A.R.T.)

*Health and Wellness: Realistic and practical plans that are holistic in nature


Community Engagement (Team Coaching) 

Geared towards educators, franchises, administrative support, tech, engineering and more.

We also focus on teacher retention, self-care, seasonal professional development training and minimizing burnout experiences.


We support programs such as student support services, community development, goal development and mental stamina (i.e. identifying warning signs of burnout).


We collaborate to build relationships with various universities and cultural centers. We also provide workshops for nonprofits, for profits and corporations.
